All orders are posted from the LUMEN workshop in Achmore, Isle of Lewis, with all UK orders using Royal Mail ‘Tracked 48hr’ service to ensure your order is received safely and quickly.
Postage is calculated on the size and weight of each order.
We will aim to have your order shipped within 2 working days of the order being placed, and you will receive a notification email when it has been dispatched. -
International Orders are sent with a ‘Tracked International’ service through Royal Mail. The cost and speed of delivery will differ depending on the country in question, with postage calculated when the delivery address is entered at checkout. The receiver is responsible for any customs/duties fees incurred from imported goods.
Unfortunately, LUMEN is currently unable to ship to the EU or Northern Ireland due to GSPR legislation. -
If you would like to pick up an order from the LUMEN workshop in Achmore, Isle of Lewis, please select ‘Local Collection’ during checkout. You will receive a notification email when your order is ready for collection, which will be within 1-2 days of your order being placed.

Returns are accepted within 28 days of an order being placed for an exchange or refund. Your item must be in its original condition with the original tags attached. Customers are responsible for all additional costs of shipping for returns and/or exchanges, and must be sent with a trackable shipping service. Any packages sent without this option, and aren’t received, will not be refunded.
